noted. makes hospitality software for wineries. This policy explains how we handle information.
what we collect
Information our clients and their staff put into noted. to run their hospitality, such as staff accounts, guest details, reservations and orders. We also keep basic technical logs to keep the service secure and working. We never collect payment card numbers.
how we use it
Only to provide noted. to our clients. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
google user data
When a client connects a Google account, noted. accesses only what its features need, such as the client's calendar and reservation emails, to keep bookings and the calendar in sync. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. noted.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
who we share with
Service providers that host and run noted. on our behalf, and the services our clients choose to connect, such as their online store or booking provider. Each receives only what it needs.
how long we keep it
For as long as a client uses noted., or until they ask us to delete it.
security
We protect information with encryption, individual staff sign-ins and limited access.
your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, contact the winery you visited or write to us. Clients can disconnect Google at any time.
